Scott Lawrence

Josh Crawford - BSMIS Program
Josh Crawford is a co-founder and worker-owner with the Brattleboro Tech Collective, a worker owned and operated website development company. Josh has 10 years of experience as a programmer and applications designer working in the for-profit and non-profit worlds. His skills range from high-level application and framework design in Ruby on Rails, Perl, and PHP to system administration and performance tuning for applications such as Apache and MySQL on Linux. Josh is actively involved in the workplace democracy and worker ownership movements.

Dave Evans - BSMIS Program
Dave Evans is a co-founder and worker-owner with the Brattleboro Tech Collective, a worker owned and operated website development company. Dave has been doing both programming and graphic design professionally for over 10 years. His experience ranges from developing W3C standards compliant websites in CSS/XHTML to programming complex MySQL database-backed open-source web applications in Perl and Ruby on Rails. Dave is actively involved in the workplace democracy and worker ownership movements.


Steve Fadden - BSMIS / MSM Program

Steve holds a Ph.D. in Engineering Psychology (Human Factors) with over 15 years of experience conducting cognitive psychology and human performance research and analysis. Research and applied interests include usability, human computer interaction, universal design, the role of attention and perception in training and performance, and the design of complex systems that promote positive user experience. His industry and consulting experience includes developing training and evaluating human performance in complex and high-risk domains, including aviation, financial management, safety and security, and intelligence analysis. Steve has worked for companies including Lockheed Martin, Intel, PeopleSoft, and Booz Allen
Hamilton, and currently serves as Director of the Landmark College Institute for Research and Training. He has taught courses at the graduate and undergraduate level in Human Computer Interaction, Usability Engineering, Requirements Engineering, Cognitive and Experimental Psychology, Project Management, Learning Disabilities, and the use of eye movement measures in research and design.

Jonathan Hildrey - BSMIS Program
Jonathan is currently CFO and Finance Director for Janos Technology, Inc., New Hampshire.  He earned his Master of Arts (Honors) in Computer Science from Magdalene College, Cambridge University, England.

Bill Hladky
William Hladky - BSMIS / MSM Program
William S. Hladky has worked extensively in the computer service and financial service area for over 25 years.  He is a consultant to small businesses interested in improving their service delivery to their customers through both service operations and service management. Bill is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management and is currently the Director of Human Resource at L.A. Burdick Chocolates in Walpole NH.  He is an adjunct faculty member at the Community College of Vermont and at Marlboro College Graduate Center, both located at Brattleboro, VT. Bill received his bachelor of science degree in business administration from New Hampshire College and his master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in human resources from Southern New Hampshire University.

Daniel Lefebvre - BSMIS Program
Daniel is currently Programmer and Sole Proprietor for Binary Blacksmith, an information technology business solutions provider in Burlington, Vermont. He earned his Master of Arts in Teaching with Internet Technologies from Marlboro College Graduate Center and is currently pursuing a second Masters degree in Internet Technology System Design and Programming at Capella University Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Jason Mark
Jason Mark BSMIS / MSM Program
As the founder of Gravity Switch, an experienced web / multimedia design firm located in Northampton, MA., Jason understands how much the Internet affects today’s businesses. Having studied in France and Germany as well as in the United States, he benefits from a broad educational background. Jason received his undergraduate and master's degrees from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Jason's graduate and post-graduate career are highlighted by his continued involvement in education and technology, designing and teaching several graduate level courses in Interactive Media and CD-ROM programming. The practical knowledge gained from managing Gravity Switch, helps provide the framework for his curriculum. Throughout his career, Jason has helped conceptualize, design and orchestrate numerous interactive and functional web design projects. Jason is known as a visionary, a strategic Internet consulting guru and a reliable expert who has a knack for transforming intangible concepts into concrete results.

Carolyn Stevenson - BSMIS Program
Carolyn has over ten years teaching and administrative experience in online learning. She has taught as an adjunct instructor for the Graduate Center since 2006. She currently serves as the Academic Program Director for Communication degree programs for Kaplan University. Prior to pursuing a career in education, Carolyn worked as technical writer/consultant for Kraft General Foods, an employee benefits writer for Spencer & Associates, Developmental Editor overseeing accounting textbooks at Irwin-McGraw Hill and as Assistant Managing Editor for Mosby in Chicago. She holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Organizational Change with a concentration in Higher Education; a Master of Arts in Communications; and a Bachelor of Arts in English.
